When booking a service at Elle Yaletown, our cancellation policy requires a credit card number to hold your reservation.
The reservation of an appointment indicates that Elle Yaletown has reserved the service time for you and therefore has had to decline other customer offers for that particular service time at the salon. In order for us to provide all our clients with the highest-quality service, we ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 100% late cancellation charge if we are unable to fill your appointment time.
If you arrive for your appointment and cancel any service on the day of your appointment, you will be charged full price for any service you cancel.
Clients that arrive for their service(s) late will be accommodated as best as possible; however, your service may be altered due to starting the service late, and your technician reserves the right to refuse service if it is deemed too short a time to perform a quality treatment.
Elle Yaletown reserves the right to charge 100% of the service price in both late scenarios.
